Raised in Nova Scotia, Dean spent years living and working across Canada, the United States, and Europe—but it was always clear that Nova Scotia was home. Now back in HRM, he is proud to be part of the community he loves and to help others find their place in it as well.

Dean’s roots in the region run deeper than real estate. He volunteers on the board of his local community association, tutors an adult learner through the Dartmouth Learning Centre, and supports events for the Canadian Cancer Society. These connections keep him grounded in the people, stories, and neighbourhoods that make the region special.

With personal experience buying, selling, renovating, and investing in rental properties throughout Nova Scotia, Dean understands real estate as both a place to live and a long-term investment strategy. Before becoming a REALTOR®, he built a successful career in retail leadership with leading brands, helping thousands of clients make confident, informed decisions.
